Alice Lodge was a true home from home for us. We came for a few weeks but stayed for 5 months and that is down to both the hostel and Alice itself being so great.

The atmoshere at Alice Lodge is abolutely right - not a party hostel like some in town but at the same time not too small and quiet like others in town!!!

PJ, Alicia and Gerri - you give the place a real personal touch and the general atmosphere in the hostel is great. On a personal note PJ, thank you so much for acommodating us in the caravan - you didn´t have to but you did and we really appreciated it!!

We have and will continue to recommend Alice Lodge to others as it made our stay in The Alice very special and we hope to come back to the outback for a visit this year. Please also pass on our regards to our friends Winnie and Grevious!!
